About Us
The Undergraduate Business Association (UBA) was founded in 1984 to provide all students at UCI the opportunity to discover a career path based on their business interests and to advance the essential business skills in an effort to build a stepping stone into the business world. Our organization includes a versatile executive board of 11 members as well as club members of all different majors and grade levels. We strive to create well-rounded business-ready individuals who have the tools for success and the character for leadership. We create the business leaders of tomorrow.

Being the oldest business organization at UCI, we have the knowledge and experience of the ups and downs which support us in knowing how to serve students most effectively. In present times at UCI, business is gaining the hot seat. Many new business organizations are coming about as well as majors and minors, yet we have the ability to withstand competition.

The Undergraduate Business Association was awarded "Most Outstanding Academic Organization" of the 2011-2012 school year at UC Irvine's Anteater Awards ceremony.
Our Services
For many, the undergraduate experience consists of developing interests and defining career goals. Once this is accomplished, students focus of honing the skills necessary to pursue these interests and goals. That is why the Undergraduate Business Association provides services in helping students gain a perspective on the career opportunities available to them, as well as develops the essential business skills necessary to attain their career goals.

At the Undergraduate Business Association, we pride ourselves in having contacts with top ranked employers in their respective industries.
